Looking for a part-time position in a pleasant working environment?
Joy Lutheran Church in Eagle River is seeking a part-time Office Administrator to provide administrative support to the Pastor and the congregation.
We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible. Hours are regular weekday hours and up to 20 hours per week, including paid holidays. Vacation and sick days are available. The pay is $ 20/hour.
The person in this position interacts with, and responds to, a wide variety of people. Effective and professional oral, written and interpersonal skills are critical.
General office knowledge, experience with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and emails are needed and experience with Quick Books is a plus. An openness to technology is welcomed. Job duties will include the weekly church bulletin, the electronic newsletter, updating the website and maintaining the church database and accounting system.
The ability to organize, prioritize, and be dependable is essential. The minimum education level is a high school diploma or equivalent.

Joy is affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. Worship and Sunday School are held every Sunday.
