This year, we’re switching things up a little! For the 2026 Thanksgiving Blessing, we’ll be collecting gravy packets and canned cranberries to help make Thanksgiving special for families in our community.
The Thanksgiving Blessing is a community-wide effort led by the Food Bank of Alaska in partnership with local organizations. Churches from across Anchorage and Eagle River come together to donate food and assemble Thanksgiving dinner boxes for individuals and families who might otherwise go without a holiday meal.
Every donation makes a difference, and we’re excited to be part of this wonderful tradition of coming together to support our neighbors during the holiday season. Thank you for helping us make Thanksgiving a little brighter for everyone!
